My New Years Resolution is to lose 7.5 pounds. I want to be 5 pounds under my goal weight. Since I shrunk to 5'6.5" from 5"8", my BMI is in the overweight range. I haven't made it back to the gym yet. The weather and feeling like I am about to get a cold, is keeping me away.
Big difference in the picture quality with the Vibration Reduction on.
Yesterday I forgot to turn it on.
Tonight's dinner, Tandoori chicken, with roasted butternut squash and Walden Farm sugar free syrup (my favorite) and bok choy wilted with a touch of mirin, sprinkled with chopped peanuts.
Wonder what I will make tomorrow...
