Day 4



This is may look like a two hamburger patties with mashed potatoes but that would be 11points for the meat, 10 points for the potatoes, and 2 points for the cheese for a dinner of 23 points, but it's not...it's 2 veggies burgers for 7 points and 1 oz of Jarlsberg Cheese for 2 points and that's about it! It's mock mashed potatoes (cauliflower), 2 veggie Tandoori Chef Marsala Burgers and sweet and sour cabbage with Splenda.

The burgers were good, they tasted like the insides of Aloo Paratha
Yum!

I gave into to temptation today.
I had caramel popcorn, I didn't eat 2 of the pieces of fruit that was part of my plan and I didn't eat one of the slices of bread, hope that all balances out in the long run.
